Daley
FOUNDER
As an Olympic speaker, Daley Thompson CBE is one of the most interesting characters available to book for conferences and industry events. Rarely off our screens, Daley has earned a loyal international fan base who have followed his media career for years. As a testament to his skill and dedication, Daley holds more Decathlon titles than any other athlete in history. At one stage, he was European, Commonwealth and World Champion at the same time. As a speaker, Daley reflects upon his highly influential career, offering his audience an insight into the skills to sporting success.
In both 1980 and 1984, the sports motivational speaker was the Olympic Decathlon champion and, in 1978, 1982 and 1986, he broke several world records for the amount of Decathlon points gained. At one time voted BBC Sports Personality of the Year, Daley is known for his commitment- it’s what people love about him. However, it is this strong personality that makes him such a driven athlete and a brilliant Olympic speaker. An expert in motivation and leadership, Daley’s ability to push himself beyond his perceived capabilities is invaluable at events. I oversee DaleyFitness Club with a great team, having come from being a Director at a luxury MMA & Boxing Club in the City. 32 years in the Health & Fitness Industry. I still teach Pilates & Rebounding.
Qualified with YMCA, and in BOSU, TRX, Classical Mat Pilates, amongst others.
I have been a strict vegetarian for 42 years, a vegan for a lot of it and was once told by my athletics coach at aged 12 that I would ‘never make it as a hurdler being a vegetarian’ …a diet now considered one of the healthiest in the world!

I can give you the skills and confidence to achieve more in and out of the gym, whilst also giving you insight into the mental and psychological side of fitness and how your attitude towards exercise and nutrition is just as important as the time in the gym.

Jakub strongly believes that Martial Arts along with all other forms of exercises enables adults and children to strengthen their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Specialising in Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning, Jakub has had over 50 fights, fought professionally in Thailand and held both Polish and European titles.

Ish is a former ballet and contemporary dancer.
“After 12 years of dancing on stages around the world, I have decided to use the knowledge I’ve gained over the years as a vessel/tool for helping others live healthier lives.
My strengths are in improving your mobility and strengthening your weaker muscles. Through commitment and discipline, I can help you shed that extra pound (or two) that’s preventing you from being your best self.
Fitness for me is as much mental as it is physical, with some agility training, I will challenge your brain as well as your stamina.
Incorporating some pilates exercises in your personal training plan, I will improve your core, thus you will have better posture and you will walk taller (at least after my session). Before long, those nagging back pains will be a thing of the past.
All my sessions start from a place of empowerment because I know that if you feel good, you’ll work harder.
